No wallet balance

I moved wallets from. Guarda wallet. Put in correct mnemonic and no coins show. Help. I think my wallet needs to be synced. I also see very few ways to split help from your team other than posting here. Thanks my email is darkdottiedoo@protonmail.com

You will need to contact support via the chat function on mymonero.com or email support@mymonero.com and they will assist importing your wallet
