CHANTOOLS_VERSION_FILE variable is not SET and installation process stucks

In setup_device.sh the variables for CHANTOOLS_* is expected to be set, but they aren't here now in rootfs tarball ENV setting.
Because of it, this condition is met, however running cat without parameters means waiting for data and not continue.
Unfortunately, I do not know, if it is, or isn't needed.

Ah, I see what happened. The setup_device script was updated for some apps in the upcoming release. I fixed the link in the guide to be the latest released setup_device.sh script rather that the most recent/current. It should work now.
