InMobile & Millennial Media ads don't mix

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use InMobi and Millennial Media ads
2. use Adwhirl normally
3. see that Millennial Media ads won't be shown anymore
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see no ads at all. sometimes (rarely) a inmobi ad (I think) but 95% of the
time no ads at all.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AdWhile 3.2 Android, InMobi 3.6.0, Millennial Media 4.6.0
Please provide any additional information below.
If I remove the InMobi JAR file and delete the information in the manifest file
then it works again. If combined nothing works.
