Not able to register to AdWhirl

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to register to AdWhirl to start my account
2.Given my personal detail
3.Clicked Register Button
4.No emails or access to AdWhirl, no response for the past 3-4 days.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error, no emails or notification about account creation. Not able to use the
username and password defined.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
