Cross-platform Support when?

Title says it all.
We poor macOS and Linux users can't use your tool. We need cross-platform support.

Partial support with wine on linux.

Some stuff works, but not everything. A list of broken stuff:
- flif
- heif
- dds crunch
- dithering (floyd, Riemersma)
- gaussian blur
