Copilot translate with llama 3.2 explains the text rather than translates

I've been trying to translate a text in Hebrew to English. llama 3.1 did a fair job. llama 3.2 though explains the original text, rather than translates it, as it should.

I tried updating the prompt like this:

Translate to idiomatic English. Don't add anything and don't analyze or explain the text.
