Get rid of the binary garbage at the beginning of the schema file.

If I do hexdump -C schema.sql I see this:

00000000  ef bb bf 43 52 45 41 54  45 20 54 41 42 4c 45 20  |...CREATE TABLE |

This leads to all kinds of issues for me.
