nScope failed to connect

Hi.
I have the latest version of the app with Windows system. When I connect nScope to my laptop through the USB cable, the app never recognizes nScope. All four lights are lit and this nScope was working with other people's laptop.
What could be the issue?
I don't think it has anything to do with the USB portal because my arduino is running just fine with the same portal.
