Remove unmaintained libraries from the snapshots

It may be better to remove unmaintained projects from the snapshots.
Here are projects whose repositories are archived or document libraries are not using their main library:
- debug-show-value
- make-latex
- make-latex-doc
- make-html
- siunitx
Without automated tests but used by maintained projects
- assert-eq
Unmaintained status explicitly claimed:
- matrix
Here are some options I came up with:
- Remove all the unmaintained libraries after asking if other people can take over.
- Remove all the unmaintained libraries that are not used by other maintained libraries.
- Remove all the unmaintained libraries that are not used by other maintained libraries or does not have a doc library (i.e., CI cannot detect when the libraries are broken)
