Option to disable fare edits in acars

Hello,

I like it when it's an option to disable the option to adit fares in the acars software. The system is calculating the passengers etc. And it would be great if pilots can't edit this settings by themself

Maybe we can use the Fare entry is required setting for this, like when disabled make the fields readonly and use phpvms generated loads, when enabled allow editing.

I am not sure if this works for Free Flights via Acars, v7 should always generate fares for those flights by checking the fare and load factor & variance settings.
