Hi, good question. According to this link, it's not possible: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/organization-o-and-organizational-unit-ou-in-field-issued-to/5236

This makes sense to me, since let's encrypt can only confirm that you own the domain, but it can't confirm that the organization name you submit is correct.
