Sparklines

Going off of #46. Not positive that this is possible without murdering the server but it would nice to have a quick idea of how recently someone's been working on a ticket

Two possible approaches:

1. Sparkline just reflects amount of work done in a certain period (week? two weeks?)
2. Sparkline represents proximity to budget over time (e.g cumulative hours worked). Sparkline would always be going up
