'Smart' Relative Line Numbers. Relative in Normal mode. Absolute in Insert Mode.

It would be really cool to have the option for 'Smart' relative line numbers, similar to the Vim plugin for VSCode.

This works by showing relative line numbers when in Normal mode, but changing to absolute line numbers (Obsidian default) when in insert mode. I find it's a really cool way to get the best of both worlds without having a super messy gutter with both types of line numbers.
