Fake full body trackers keep binding to my hands

I've tried repeatedly to have the fake trackers work properly, every time I try, one or both of the fake trackers are bound to my hand locations and my regular hand controller locations take up a hip or leg positions, and my controls are completely unresponsive.

How do I fix this?

Never mind, I found out that you can change the vive bindings in the steamvr settings
