playspace mover not working

it used to work just fine but quite suddenly it started well... not
there are no errors to go by. in fact it starts and looks exactly as if it should be working but it does not let me move my playspace in any way
i've tried reinstalling both the playspace mover and OVR input emulator to the best of my ability but it still does nothing
in short i dont know whats wrong and i see no way of finding out other than asking for help here.
