Camera vs Cursor Placement off

I've noticed that the color meters "Camera" is off when using a Monitor with a Resolution other than 1920x1080. I've had a 1080p Monitor where it worked fine but upgraded to a 1440p one. When i turned the Resolution back down to 1080p, it worked flawlessly again.
