I wanna run this code into my PC but not understanding where to start and How do I run this into my PC.
Any help would be highly appreciated

To use this application you download it from the Releases tab on this GitHub repository.

Once you are on the Releases page, download "dcm.exe" to your machine.

Run the application.

If you want to run the project from Visual Studio, use Git to clone this project down to your local machine.

Then make sure you have Visual Studio installed through Microsoft's installer.

Open up "dcm.sln" to load the project into Visual Studio.

You are set from there.
