"stock_emissive" texture appears over chosen texture in IVA

Pictured here, it looks like my custom texture and the stock_emissive texture are overlaying.

• It only seems to occur when a custom texture is chosen in settings.cfg via the TextureUrl field, but no emissive texture is chosen via the EmissiveUrl field, and only in IVA mode. Outside IVA, the custom texture appears as it should.
• When no custom texture is set, the stock navball texture appears as normal in and out of IVA.
• When setting both TextureUrl and EmissiveUrl to a custom texture, that custom texture appears as normal (non-overlaid) in and out of IVA.
