Incorrect symlink

#12 This behaviour needs to be corrected and causes issues.
Now it starts the installation and starts the application all over again each time. Suppose you have installed a different version of the Toolbox App (e.g., upgraded to the next version). It will overwrite the old version until you rerun the installation script.
The correct symlink should link to /.local/share/JetBrains/Toolbox/bin/jetbrains-toolbox
