'make prep' cannot expand (some) ZIP sources

Some sources compressed with ZIP cannot be uncompressed by using 'explode'
macro.

application/zip) unzip -o -a -d $(BuilDir) $(Source) ;; \

}}}
In the case of 'gmpy-1.15.zip' we have:

file -b -z --mime-type gmpy-1.15.zip
text/plain
}}}
which is obvious not matched in the above rules.
