New package request - transfig

fig2dev is an essential command-line tool that converts .fig diagrams into 
formats such as PDF that can be subsequently included in a LaTeX article/thesis.

fig2dev is included in the transfig package:

http://www.xfig.org/art17.html

so is it possible to include transfig / fig2dev in rudix?  It does not depend 
on any graphics libraries or X11 stuff.

If I can get fig2dev from rudix, then this will cover all my needs and saves me 
from compiling from macport or fink.
