Is the Nairn-MPM can be used for the numerical simulations in FSI. Such as:

  1. Seepage of water in soil;
    2)Surge of landslide

NairnMPM can do fluids and solids and they can interact, but not really meant to water in the solid. The later is active area of MPM research with code project in Europe. It requires new methods to solve solid and fluid laws and fracture solid of fluid on each particle.
