Peazip is not launching

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Peazip
2. Double Click a Peazip icon or an associated file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the GUI to appear when I double click the icon or an associated file. 
I don't see anything, just hear an error sound.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested this with Peazip 5.0.1 and  5.1.0 64bits, 32 bits won't execute the 
installer.

OS: Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
Using a Dell 17r, 8gb DD3 ram, core i5-2430M processor at 2.40ghz

Last 3 Windows update KB were:
KB2825632
KB2267602
KB2889543

Hi, a few questions may help me understanding better the possible cause of the 
problem: is the system 64 or 32 bit (in first case you should be able to run 
both 64 bit and 32 bit versions of PeaZip), does user name path contains 
extended characters, did PeaZip worked before on the system or it was never 
used on that system before?

I have this exact problem too, with the same OS. My OS is 64-bit and it works 
when I right click on the file and I use the PeaZip options on Windows 
Explorer. However, it doesn't work when I double click on a compressed file.

Thank you for reporting.
Please note PeaZip issue tracker has moved on SourceForge on 
http://sourceforge.net/p/peazip/tickets/
Unfortunately, Google Code allows to simply hide Tracker tab but does not offer 
a way to really deactivate or redirect it, so users can be made aware of the 
new URL, I apologize for the inconvenient.
