UI related settings not applied immediately after closing

All settings that require any UI update not applied until necessary update happened.
For list of hashes whole window window should be re-opened, so listview will be repopulated
For colors - certain controls should be redrawn, that can be forced by hovering each of them

demo, there should be no CRC-32 and colors - should be obvious
