Namecoin Core chained uninstallation is not silent

Namecoin Core doesn't seem to create the QuietUninstallString registry value that NSIS recommends, which prevents ncdns-nsis from detecting how to uninstall it silently. May need to report this upstream to Bitcoin Core. Once it's fixed upstream, ncdns-nsis will need a patch to check for that value.
