Include the X-Fitbit-Subscriber-Id header on the subscription operations

In order to complete all the subscriptions operations and add this header, a subscription listener endpoint needs to be configured and running. So before adding this I will release the subscription operations, go onto the laravel wrapper and finally test the whole thing with a real subscription operating endpoint.
