action wallet_change_seed DELETE accounts?

Hello everybody!
I'm working on a implementation of Nano in a project and i was get stucked into an topic.
I created a wallet with seed which returned to me an account and i sent a X to this account
but because some reason that i dont know yet my account have not been openeed yet as you can see https://nanolooker.com/account/nano_1r93rwo75cxs7nh843m4ecx4qqax6s466ppqb4uc16atjbmn1osm7cuk665p
so i try to use the mnemonic to login into natrium to active the account and complete de transfer but the mnemonic that i had generated was wrong so i had the briliant ideia to call the action wallet_change_seed and my account gone...
Is there one way to recover this account before the action?
I just have set the older seed what was generated the account that i thinked lost and the account was restored.
