[Feature Proposal] Support for Bun

Bun is a lightning-fast JavaScript runtime that also provides a great DX, and Nano seems like it would be perfect for it. Could we see full support and documentation for using Bun, instead of just Node and Deno?

I don't know. I have never used bun and most probably never will.

But feel free to add support if you need/want to.
