CPU miner lowers hash rate the longer you use it, not thermal throttling

I am running a i7 6700k with 4 threads.
I have a liquid cooler and stock tune with the CPU running 43c constant while hashing. Intel manager says no thermal throttling in use.
I start hashing at 310hs and slowly overnight the hash drops to 205hs. I close the miner and restart and it hashes 215hs.
Any ideas on this? I would like to get the max out of this CPU while mining.
Thank you

just as an update on this, I updated my mobo bios (MSI) and ran the OC genie utility. Now STAK-CPU consistently runs 298-305hs 24hrs a day no issues.
