Get NORS 2022 data

For Spurbeck 2023 (Dec 2021 and Jan 2022) it would be nice to have 2022 data.
Looks like NORS should update pretty soon; usually updates in the spring?
For now, we can figure Jan 2022 is similar to Dec 2021.
