Mod not working correctly after FS19 1.5

Since the FS update 1.5, PlaceAnywhere more often than not makes it impossible to place objects. Even when attempting to put stuff down in a place that would normally be valid (without the mod) the ghost model flickers between yellow and green and the game goes "Unable to place object, please try again" (or words to that effect).
It's a bit hit and miss when it works and fails and the same objects can be placed in some locations, but not others. What objects I try to place where or what map I'm on don't appear to matter. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But only the object placement is broken. The mod still allows modifying landscape in places normally not possible (like under roads and other objects).
It doesn't cause any errors in the log, only the in-game message.
I can confirm this happens even when it is green and still gives "Unable to place object, please try again".
If @napalm00 still is supporting this it would need a fast patch if posibile.
