Cannot import succesfully.

I have been quite unable to import a CSV with any degree of success.
I started removing columns to determine where the error was, but ran out 
of time.

I've attached the file in question.

attached is a set of data.
test1.csv is my original source data, this imports ok, but I don't see ribbons 
being
rendered, and label are overlaped.

I started removing columns and it seem the datetime columns cause the problem.
When I remove these column I'm able to import and work witht he data.
