Bing Map example no longer works. Fix & Update

It appears the the Bing Maps example is no longer showing GIBS layers. We update the code to use the latest Bing Maps API which should fix the issue. This may require setting up new credentials when implementing our example.

Previously we were using Bin Maps Ajax Control version 7. The latest version is Bing Maps V8 Web Control.
