Graticule layer isn't auto-disabled when taking a geographic snapshot

Describe the bug
Since our geographic lat-lon graticule layer is based on OpenLayers rather than a GIBS layer, we offer to auto-disable it when taking a snapshot. It appears that the auto-disable feature isn't currently working, though.
To Reproduce
- Load the graticule in the geographic projection (example)
- Invoke the image snapshot tool
- When asked
The graticule layer cannot be used to take a snapshot. Would you like to temporarily hide this layer?
, say OK. - The graticule layer is not removed and the snapshot tool returns an error since that layer doesn't exist in the geographic projection
Expected behavior
The graticule layer should be removed in step 3 above.
