[DEVELOP] If B tab is selected and you exit comparison, map date should match B tab date.

Issue: When coming from a saved URL that contains comparison mode where "A" tab is selected (ca=true) and the user selects the "B" tab and exits comparison, map date goes to a date that is 7 days prior to the "A" tab's date. The map date should actually should match the "B" tab date.

Steps:

1. Open comparison mode link
2. Select "B" tab in Layer list
3. Click "Exit Comparison"
4. See error - The image goes to 2001-Aug-30, and does not go to the date of the "B" tab, which is 2021-SEP-04. ("A" tab works as expected - if you exit the comparison, it goes to 2001-SEP-06)
5. Alternately, if the similar URL is used but where ca=false, and you click "Exit Comparison", the map date is correct 2021-09-04.

This issue occurs in production and develop.
