[compare.mobile.init.2]: "B" comparison date is not 7 days before "A" date when coming from a saved URL

Issue:

  1. Go to the link ending in: /?t=2020-04-20
  2. Click Start Comparison (desktop or mobile view is the same)
  3. See error: Two new tabs at the top directly below the "Layers" tab say
    A: 2020 APR 20 (initially selected)
    B: 2021 SEP 16 (current day)

Expected Result:
The "B" date should be 7 days before 2020 APR 20, not the current day.

The tabs should say:
A: 2020 APR 20 (initially selected)
B: 2020 APR 13
