UX issue: Close button and external link button overlapping on mobile

When worldview is embedded in an iframe on mobile with em=true and animation widget enabled ab=on, the External link button overlaps with the animation widget close button, preventing the user from closing the animation widget to view imagery.

I encountered this issue on release 4.2. After upgrading to 4.41.0, the issue no longer exists. Not sure if it was fixed in earlier builds.
