sorting of PDR's

PDR's should be sorted by errors first, then parsed and finally, discovered

@felskia 👍 does this apply to every page with a PDR table, or a specific one?

I don't think we can specify a specific sort order, but I can make the status be the default sort property instead of the PDR name.
