Resurrect the JSON editing form

Allow to use to enter and edit a json document in place of a regular input form.

it'd be even greater if we can switch easily between a json form and regular form easily in the code. There will be cases where a form is more appropriate such as the provider form.

These are back. They also show errors when you type something that's not JSON.
