Three types of tables for the dashboard

We need three types of dashboard tables for each daac. Two of these views don't exist. It'd be great if we can decide which view to use per daac during build
.
1- PDR progress (already built for LPDAAC).
2- Granules Error table (not built)
3- Granule Progress table (not built)
