Styling and functionality of status on granules tables

For granule tables, I added status first, as I think it gives much more important information. For these could you:

• make the status a link. Expected functionality being: when you click on the link you get a table that only has the granules that are running or have failed etc... This should probably just link to the granule page that has that table.
• Add a class to the fail status. I'd like to call these out a little more. If you could add a class, that would be great.
