Describe the task
The current service provider endpoint used by the stage_orbit_file.py script to query and download orbit files is shuttering at the end of October 2023. The goal of this ticket is to modify stage_orbit_file.py to use the new OData API endpoints hosted at dataspace.copernicus.eu to query and download the RESORB and POEORB file types.
