Describe the feature request
Implement DISP-S1 forward processing. This entails:
- querying CSLC products hourly in forward mode
- reasoning over the current and existing products to determine which sets are ready to be processed
- Identifying K-CSLC products from the past to also download
- downloading those products
- determining and retrieving corresponding compressed CSLCs
- submitting sciflo jobs
- storing compressed CSLCs, if produced
- delivering DISP-S1 products to ASF DAAC
