[Bug]: log files for CSLC queries are getting stored in the wrong location in Cloud Watch

Describe the bug
When I went to Cloud Watch and tried to find the log files for the CSLC queries (part of DISP-S1 VnV), I noticed that none existed under any of the Log Groups related to CSLC-S1. I eventually found the log files under the run_rtc_query
log group.
What did you expect?
I expected the log files to be located within a log group related to the CSLC product.
Reproducible steps
1. Try running a query for CSLC products (to produce DISP products) on INT-POP1
2. Go to Cloud Watch and try to locate the log files.
