Mechanism to add a new game via adding a github issue

Id like to be able to post a new issue from my phone and have that automatically update the json config file and follow the person from @scicommgames.

One reason to do this is because using the edit interface for github on my phone breaks lineendings which breaks the app. I have tests for this so it causes the tests to fail but it would be good to have to not use a computer to add a ticket.

It would also be nice for other people to suggest games and for me to approve them and them be added
