Expect observed biomass from EO, not raw EO values

The model currently expects raw earth observations (EO) vegetation index rasters to be supplied as input. Using regression coefficients supplied as site parameters, the model then calculates observed biomass from these vegetation index rasters.
It’s likely that the best method of calculating biomass from EO products will be unique to each application. Users should be expected to derive observed biomass from EO products external to the model. Change the model so that derived biomass is expected as an input.
There are many ways of using EO data to disaggregate animals across pixels. Using biomass may also not be the most appropriate method. This issue is closed until further investigation among options for using EO data yields a clearer choice.
