Everything stopped working

Everything was ok, but one day all flashlight plugins stopped appearing in spotlight.
Tried reinstalling multiple times. What can be wrong?

Same issue. I'm running on OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 build 14E36b, it just doesn't work anymore :/
