Instranslator returns blank

All results from Instranslator are blank.

Manually placing a language and query into the Base Url returns a 403 for me:

Previously this linked returned a message about unusual traffic from my network. Perhaps the queries are hitting some sort of cap?

I have a temporary workaround that simply loads the mobile Google Translate site a la the Google Translate plugin that I will add soon as a separate plugin, but restoring original functionality should be a long term goal.
