Broken in ember 2.13.X

Just wanted to report this add-on seems to be broken in ember 2.13.2, no errors, it just never hits the alias route or renders any of the expected templates/etc.
(Either that or I royally screwed up my ember upgrade from 2.10 => 2.13 😛 )

Is it safe to say this addon is no longer under active development/support?
Are there any alternatives for setting up a static AND dynamic path that resolve to the same route?
