WHAT:
It should be possible to mutate specimens with rectangles which do not fully override pixels over which they were generated.

HOW:

  • Implement RectangleAlphaMutator based on RectangleMutator
  • Add RectangleAlphaMutator as an option to ArgParser

AC:
